What's Happening at Gallery Mavruk

Last weekend, we exhibited at the Boca Raton Fine Art Show. I love doing shows, I love meeting your people. At the beginning of my career I focused on sales at shows. At this phase of my career, of course sales are a factor, but I love connecting with people. That personal connection is so important for the long game. That is what has led to my long term success, when you connect with people on a personal level you gain their trust and their friendship and they come back to you. When they think of art they think of you. I opened my first gallery in 1986 and I still have clients, a lot of them, from that time of my career. To new artist starting out I would say worry less about the sale and focus more on creating that personal connection because that is invaluable. If you want repeat business form a bond with your clients. That is the key to continued success.

Hello!

I wanted to give you guys an update on my show schedule for the first part of the year. Starting with this month!

January 28th & 29th Hotworks in Sanborn Square in Boca Raton ( this one is right by the Gallery, I'll be there all weekend & the Gallery will be open as well!)

February 16th-19th Art Wynwood in Miami Gallery Mavruk will be exhibiting my artwork as well as my sons! My son will be there with my son in law running the booth so please stop by and email info@gallerymavruk.com for complimentary tickets!

March 4th & 5th Las Olas Art Fair Part II in Fort Lauderdale

I am working on a new piece and I have been experimenting with texturing the paint. It adds a different level of depth to the painting. I chose to do three panels in a descending or ascending pattern depending on how you chose to hang it.

What a great holiday season it's been, full of love and joy. My wish is to carry that energy into the new year. As I reflect on this past year I am filled with gratitude. 2022 was the year we opened our gallery in Boca Raton, we exhibited in Miami Art Week, and my creativity was at an all time high. 2022 was a good year for me and I am certain that 2023 will be even better. To all of my clients I have met and to those I have yet to, I wish you a year full of health, wealth, and happiness.
